Anyways, we got some shots from the DS Game. You can see those here. It… doesn’t look all that great. But whatever. IGN gives us a release date of February 9th.
Oh dear, I shall be very poor that week. I have rent, tuition, percy movie, percy game, credit card bills… oh dear dear dead. @_@
I’m kinda surprised we haven’t had more info about the game. Or maybe it’s just that the fandom isn’t all that interested, and therefore isn’t talking about it at all…

Translational work

So today I totally worked on the translation section.
I went through and added videos with the songs to most of ‘em, so you can HEAR the song (& watch the video in some of ‘em!) while you read my awesometastic translations.
changelog also includes:
A small update to the the Atrévete translation… two lines is all I really touched. It’s still perfect ♥
A decently sized overhaul of the Azul translation, including me fixing the line that has bugged me FOREVER.
”Tu príncipe azul yo seré” went from “I will be your blue prince” to “Your blue prince, that’s who I’ll be”
I also fixed a big problem with that song… namely missing lyrics. A couple of the stanzas were completely redone, so it’s worth looking at. :)
Te Quiero Má got a small update, and I redid the stanzas about talking to the moon.
to do list:
I really wanna work on Ni Tu Ni Nadie since I absolutely love the video they did for it, and I have a much better idea of the meaning of the song. It needs a major overhaul.
Cara Luna is also in serious need of help. In the years since I did these I got into fansubbing and I learned a lot about translation. And god do some of mine, like this one, need help. X_X
Boogie Boogie should almost be taken down, it pretty much makes no sense.
Also, need to take out my DVD, and then make screenshots of each outfit that John John wears.

no videos for Si Tú No Estás or Rock en la T.V cuz no one knows they exist.

Because the runtime for Percy is 2 hours exactly. :-D
So that means the midnight showing will be until like 2:30am (3 if I get stuck in the theater that starts really late due to technical problems like what happened with New Moon) and I’ll be home reallllllllllllly late.

Anyways, added a new story to the Percy/Nico List. Cute, and I liked the style. It’s one of those stories where each “scene” or section has it’s own header. I need to find the term for that style.
Some hawt cast pics here. Logan really is cute, I have to say.
Then MortalNet has some “inside” info on what’s happening with the next Egypt Series, The Red Pyramid. Interesting, I guess. Looks like it’ll be a long book. Oh. Fucking. Joy.

My Life Isn’t Average

Not really, no. So I read a lot of MLIA. Here are some of my favs.
Today I learned that my older sister talked for me until i was about four. So much that my parents were afraid that i couldn’t talk. The thing she said that most? “Ryan wants a cookie.” I’m glad she understood. MLIA
Today, my brother walked into the lounge room after having a shower to complain about the new conditioner my mum had bought and said “Mum, this conditioner is making my hair straight!” Without even looking up from his paper, my dad goes, “shame it didn’t work on the rest of you then…” MLIA.
One day I was in my lit class when my teacher was talking about getting remarried if she ever found the right guy…. I thought that this would be the perfect time for a joke, so I walked up to her desk and told her, “My dad is single.” My dad is now engaged to my lit teacher. MLIA
Yesterday, in my pre-calc honors class, my gay friend asked a question. After explaining the answer, the teacher said “Are you straight?” simply meaning if he understood it or not. The entire class was trying to hide their laughter for 5 minutes. MLIA.
Not really favs, just ones I liked and kept open in tabs. ♥
