A quick orgy of links

So here’s a quick list of links to appease you:

Tower Prep looks interesting. I saw an ad for it when I was watching On Demand, and I’m looking forward to it. :)

I’m looking forward to seeing Logan in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, costaring with the lovely Emma Watson. ♥ Link’s for a fan-made poster.

The details are out for the Ramona and Beezus DVD/BluRay. Lots of goodie extras, but the price tags kinda make me go @_@. Here’s to hoping that Walmart is cheaper, because we all know that Borders won’t be.

Good ole Brandon alerted me to a great notice regarding Seseme Street on which Katy Perry was supposed to guest star. It’s an amazing clip, watch it.

So that’s it. Just a foursome. Kinda hot if it’s all guys. ♥ Is “link” masculine or feminine in Spanish? Hmmmmm…

And speaking of Teen Vogue…

So, I just talked about Justin’s upcoming Teen Vogue issue. Logan was in a recent one, and I have to say…

Logan

Who the HELL came up with that outfit? It’s absolutely and utterly HORRENDOUS. Well, I suppose the top isn’t bad, but his pants absolutely and utterly drive me nuts. They’re too short and show the socks. And some skin.

(Which isn’t bad)

But really, that looks like they’re too small on him. Yes, I know the current style is for guys to wear skinnier jeans (I, in fact, wear Slim Fit) but still, those look like pants from when he was 14 or something. They’re really tight and short. So, no, they don’t really look fashionable, they look too small.

Oh well, I suppose that’s the fashion world. I’m sure that we’ll be selling them at Kohl’s in the next few weeks. ;P

Pic is from this cabinthree post. It also comes with a fun little video.

Emma & Logan to star together?

Emma Watson and Logan Lerman are in talks to star in indie coming-of-age drama “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” set up at John Malkovich’s Mr. Mudd.
“Perks of Being a Wallflower” author Stephen Chbosky will direct from his own script with Lianne Halfon, Malkovich and Russell Smith producing.

For Watson, the casting would mark her first feature role outside her work as Hermione Granger in Warner Bros.’ eight “Harry Potter” films. Final pic, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II,” is set for release in July 2011.

She appeared in 2007 telepic “Ballet Shoes” and voiced Princess Pea in 2008′s “The Tale of Despereaux.”

Lerman, who starred in “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief,” has been cast as D’Artagnan in Paul W.S. Anderson’s version of “Three Musketeers” for Constantin.

“Perks,” which was published in 1999, is narrated by a shy and unpopular teenager who describes his life by writing a series of letters to an anonymous person and explores the awkward times of adolescence, including drug use and sexuality.Book has been on the American Library Assn.’s list of the 10 most frequently challenged for reasons including the treatment of drugs, sex and suicide.Watson and Lerman are repped by WME.

This is amazingness for a couple of reasons.
1) Emma
2) Logan
3) Author of the book writing AND directing the adaption
4) Wallflower being made into a movie
5) 1-4 in the same instance

Though I’m really hoping that it’s not Logan staring as Charlie. He’s simply too old for the role – Charlie is supposed to be this super innocent little 14 year old. Logan’s acting is… decent, but I don’t think he could pull that off. Playing a 16-year-old Percy (which, I might add, still pisses me off) was bad enough – I doubt we can cover a 14 year old.
